TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Prices
Electric Heating Solution (UK) Ltd will quote all prices exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) which the buyer shall be additionally liable to pay. All written quotations will show the VAT payment required and will give a total amount payable.

Payments
We accept payment by bank transfer (bank details will be given on request) and cheques in Sterling only, payable to “Electric Heating Solutions (UK) Ltd". Please email enquiries@electricheatingsolutions.co.uk  fax to 0800 978 8572 or post your orders with full delivery and contact details to 4 The Green, Branksome Hill Road, Bournemouth, Dorset. BH4 9LR All goods must be paid for by Pro forma invoice prior to delivery unless a trading account has been opened and terms agreed. Goods will remain the property of Electric Heating Solutions (UK) Ltd until paid for.

Should the items be already dispatched, please email enquiries@electricheatingsolutions.co.uk  as soon as possible and at most within 7 days of your order. Please return the item within 7 days for a full refund of the cost of the item. Any refund will be made within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods and a refund will be posted to you by cheque, should the order have been paid for by cheque or payment by bank transfer to your account if this was the method of payment chosen.

All items must be returned unused, in the condition to which they were received and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for postage for any returned items. We strongly recommend that the customer obtain proof of postage for any returned item.

Damaged goods received must be notified to our office within 7 days. A replacement will be sent immediately upon receipt and examination of the damaged goods. Electric heating solutions (UK) Ltd accept no responsibility for any injury arising from the use of any supplied products, including defective or faulty goods. Any defective products should be reported to Electric Heating Solutions (UK) Ltd and in return we will endeavor to seek a replacement once the defective goods have been inspected. All models conform to relevant safety standards but, during use, parts of the casing become hot. A suitable guard is therefore recommended where the very young or elderly are concerned.

All purchases are made in acceptance of our terms and conditions. Electric Heating Solution (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes, which are outside our control.

Electric Heating Solutions (UK) Ltd retains your details on computer and may occasionally wish to contact you directly regarding products that may be of interest to you. We may also pass your details to a third party for the same purpose. If you do not wish to receive such communications you can advise us by emailing us at enquiries@electricheatingsolutions.co.uk

Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy
