Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are listed with each product, for large orders please contact us for additional discounts and reduced delivery costs.

We are able to ship throughout the UK mainland within 1 to 2 days of orders being made, and shipping is usually delivered within 3 to 4 working days. In some cases orders may take a little longer if for any reason this is the case we will contact you.

Deliveries are between the times of 8am and 6pm weekdays only. If you are not in the carriers will leave a card for you to rearrange a delivery day and time. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful a further charge of £7.50 will have to be made for the third delivery attempt. We can deliver to your work address if this is more convenient or you may choose to use your neighbours' address if you are not going to be at home. When you reach the shopping cart area an option for to specify a delivery address is available.

Third-party national carriers deliver our goods. In the unlikely event of damage to your property in the course of delivery, the responsibility rests solely with the carrier.

We export our products to all European countries and we will invoice in euros or GBP. For all export orders please contact the office for shipping quotations. You will be responsible for all import duties into your own country. Prices quoted are ex-works and guaranteed bank payments must have been received prior to shipment or collection unless otherwise agreed.

You may cancel your order by emailing enquiries@electricheatingsolutions.co.uk 24 hours prior to despatch. A full refund of monies paid will be made. If you cancel after despatch, you will be responsible for carriage charges.
