• The thickness of each film that makes up the multi-layer coating is controlled much more tightly than is possible with competitive dip-coating processes.
   
• Constant colour over its entire length, and from one batch to the next
   
• The occurrence of pinholes in the new coating is reduced
   
• Stability of the coating over lamp life has been enhanced.
   
• Flexibility to tailor the transmission to suit different applications - modifications in spectral output, colour of the transmitted light, and amount of visible light are all brought within our control
   
• Lamps available from 1.3kW to 2kW
